Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic students pursuing a qualification in rubber technology, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related fields to join our team for hands-on internship experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical knowledge and experience in the rubber manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the production process of rubber products, including mixing, moulding, extrusion, and curing processes. – Conduct quality control checks to ensure that products meet required specifications. – Support the maintenance and operation of rubber manufacturing equipment. – Assist in managing and preparing raw material inventory. – Collaborate with the team to improve manufacturing processes and enhance efficiency. – Document and report on production processes, providing feedback for improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree or diploma program (Rubber Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc.). – Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials. – Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. – Good communication and teamwork skills. – Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
